This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has fully-equipped rooms and serves superb breakfast. Very helpful and best hotel stuff in night shift, everything was really good. The restaurant serves delicious Turkish food. I would come back for sure, really enjoyed the venue.

Convenient Location 🌴

The hotel is situated close to the airport, shopping malls, and a beautiful beach. My room had everything I needed, like central heating, a private safe, and a variety of TV channels.

Spacious room with an amazing sea view and lovely decorations 🌊. They allowed us to check in early and there's convenient on-site parking available.

We had a great stay at this place. The location here is perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. The staff here are amazing, always ready to help and very accommodating. The room service and 24-hour room service here were definitely a plus. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance available here. The room amenities were top-notch with everything we needed, including an electric kettle for making tea or coffee. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch as well.

We recommend this venue to family and friends.

The location was stunning, right by the Trabzon to Rize road, and close to Trabzon center. I had a brand-new room all to myself with a kitchen, iron, and a big sofa. They provided shower amenities, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Everything was simply very good.

The room they gave me had an awesome view of the mountains. the bathroom had a convenient roll-in shower, hairdryer, and fluffy bath towels. 🌄

The room here is super cozy and looks amazing with its cool decorations! 🌟

This hotel is conveniently located next to an outlet mall, making shopping a breeze. the leisure facilities were enjoyable - we especially liked the karaoke and casino options. the view from our room was also stunning.

My stay at Park Dedeman was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options to choose from. I also was impressed with how quickly the staff dealt with a broken shower head in my bathroom. I recommend this hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my reservation to a suite with a sea view. The room was spacious and had a comfortable king size bed and a nice sofa in the sitting room. The bathroom facilities were great, although there was no bathtub. The hotel provided two bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of options and I especially enjoyed the different tastes offered. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help , it felt like they really cared. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the location was perfect with easy access to the city center and local attractions. One of the best things was definitely the cozy and comfortable beds , it made it hard to get up in the morning! the room was clean and well, maintained, and the view from the window was spectacular.

The gym was a bit small and outdated. Although it had the necessary equipment, it was quite crowded during peak hours.
